EXTI�CT OF 1VIINUTES OF MEETING OF THE ROSEVILL� ��OlVOIVIIC Ii�V�LOPM�NT AUTI30]f�I'I'Y � � � � .� � ;� � � x � � k ;� � � � Pursuant to due call and zlotice thereof, a meeting of the Roseville Economic Development Authority, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall oz� Monday, the 17t�' day of October, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Rae and the following were absent: Etten Commissioner Willmus introduced the following resohition and moved its adoption; RESOLUT'TOl�i l�To. 3 Resolutian Approvzng I3u�iness Subsidy 1'olicy WHEREAS, before awarding any "business subsidy" �s defi�ied in Minnesota Stat�rtes, Section 116J.993 to 116J,995, as amended (tlse "Blrsiness Subsidy Act"), any goven�nental grantor of such busiiiess sul�sidies is required to adopt criteria reg�rding such subsidies after Izolding a public hearing; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Economic Development Authority (the `BDA"), as � grantor tinder the Business Subsidy Act, has detei-�nined to approve a Plrblic Financing Criteria and Busi�less Subsidy Policy (the "Policy") in accordance with reqtiirements of the Business Subsidy Act; and WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners (tl�a "Board") of the ED�1 has reviewed th� Policy on file in City Hall, and has on tl�e date hereof held a dtily noticed public hearing, at wl�ich all interested persans were given an opportlulity to be heard. NOW, TH�R�FORE, BE IT RES�LVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the Roseville Economic Development Authority as follows: 1.
