EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 21'day of May, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte and Roe and the following members were absent: Etten Council member Wilmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 11513 FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE 2017 ROSEVILLE UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on May 8, 2017, Northdale Construction Co. Inc., has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with the 2017 Roseville Utility Improvements contract. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period as specified in the contract shall commence on May 21, 2018. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember McGehee and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte and Roe and the following voted against the same: none. WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
