EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 9th day of July, 2018, at 6:00 <br /> p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe and the <br /> following were absent: none. <br /> Member Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11520 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF MNDOT COMMUNITY <br /> ROADSIDE LANDSCAPE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, The Minnesota Department of Transportation's Community Roadside <br /> Landscaping Partnership Program is designed to provide technical and financial assistance to <br /> communities that are interested in landscaping state highway rights of way; and <br /> WHEREAS, The Home Owner's Association at 2200 Midland Grove Road has approached <br /> the City with an interest in participating in the program. Their goal is to provide new <br /> vegetation to beautify the area as well as screen the condo building that is located on the east <br /> side of Cleveland; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> 1. The City of Roseville enter into MnDOT Agreement No. 1031418 with the State of <br /> Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the purpose to provide for payment by <br /> the State to the City for the acquisition of landscape materials to be placed adjacent to <br /> Truck Highway No. 36 at 35W and Cleveland Ave Interchange under Stat Project No. <br /> 6212-969C (T.H. 36=118). <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> Willmus, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, <br /> Laliberte, Etten,McGehee and Roe and the following voted against the same: none. <br />
