<br />VILLAGE COUNCIL O;r HOSEVIILE <br />Meeting,!Aonday,April 11th at 8 P.M. <br /> <br />59 <br /> <br />------------------------------.-------- <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date as continuatio:1 of the regular <br />meeting of April Sth with the following members present:~ueller,Pothen,Hammersten, <br />Carlson and ll,jeü'brez. <br /> <br />~r.Forsythe applied for a licenR~ to sell soft drinks, candy and hot doge <br />from a trailer he propæes to locate on Harr~ine Ave and Co.Rd.C during the SQmmer <br />months.Mueller moved,seconded by Hammersten that a license be granted upon paJ~ent <br />of the license fee set forth in the village ordinance #109.Roll call:Ayes-(5)Nays-(0). <br /> <br />JOW1 W.Wallraff,3502 Minnehaha Pkw~,Mpls requested permission to run conduit <br />under Alemeda st. where he proposes to build his home.He was told that permission <br />will hinge on his following rules cmd regulations set forth by the Northern states <br />Power Co in making this installation. On that basis,HaT~ersten moved,seconded by <br />Mueller to grant this permit.Roll call:Ayes-(5),Nays-(0). <br /> <br />Robert West, County Road "B" and Snelling presented a petition requesting the <br />rezoning of the following described property: <br />Lots h and 5,Block 1,Westmore Addition <br />from Class A Residential to Clas~ "C" residential. The petition having beBn signed <br />by more that 50% of the property owners within 500 feet as required in the Zoning <br />ordinance and having procured a certificate from the St. Paul Abstract Co,Pothen moved, <br />seconded by Carlson to accept petition and that Public hearing be had on the matter <br />on Tuesday,May 3rd at 2 PM in the Village Hall,Hamline a:!1d Co.Rd.B.
