EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of June 2019 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following Council Members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff', Etten, and Mayor Roe <br /> and none were absent. <br /> Council Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11609 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED MIDLAND LEGACY ESTATE <br /> FINAL PLAT (PF19-003) <br /> WHEREAS, Integrity Land Development, Inc. has submitted a valid application for approval of <br /> a proposed Midland Legacy Estate final plat of the residential property at 2433 County Road B; and <br /> WHEREAS, the property included in the proposed Midland Legacy Estate plat is assigned <br /> Ramsey County Parcel Identification Number 08-29-23-33-0004, and is legally described as: <br /> The north 90 feet of the south 123 feet of the west 110 feet of the east 143 feet and the north <br /> 220.66 feet of the south 343.66 feet of the west 180.5 feet of the east 213.5 feet of the East Half <br /> of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 29 North, Range 23 West <br /> WHEREAS the proposed final plat conforms to all of the applicable standards of the City of <br /> Roseville zoning and subdivision codes and is substantially the same as the approved preliminary plat; <br /> and <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the Roseville City Council, to approve the <br /> proposed Midland Legacy Estate final plat,based on the public record and City Council deliberation, <br /> with the following conditions: <br /> a) The applicant shall pay the $20,000 Park Dedication Fee before the approved final plat is <br /> released for filing at Ramsey County. <br /> b) The applicant shall create a homeowners' association or similar organizational structure to <br /> ensure the proper maintenance of the storm water management practices that will be <br /> implemented pursuant to an approved storm water management plan. <br /> c) Future platting of the proposed Outlot A will elicit an additional park dedication fee for each <br /> development lot platted within or including Outlot A; such park dedication fee(s) shall be paid <br /> by the applicant at that time. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Etten and upon <br /> vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Groff, Etten, Willmus, Laliberte, and Roe <br /> and the following voted against the same: None <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
