<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following mr:mbers present:
<br />Muel16r,Harnmersten,Carlson,Eeubrez (4)Vlillnus (1) waf> absent. Frank Leincn,Treilsueer
<br />was also present.
<br />Ths Clerk read the minutes of the previous meeting and on motion hy Mueller,
<br />seconòed by Hamm.ersten,they were approve<i as read.Roll Call:Ayes-(4),Nays-(O).
<br />The Public Hearing on the petitien submitted by Walter Stepnitz wa~ declared
<br />open by the Mayor on the rezoning of the propert;y rlescribeè in the minutes of Oct.17th
<br />and being intended to describe Lot 10, Block 1 of the proposed plat SHORE1!'!rOD from
<br />Farmnistrict to Residence B District. There being no one present to oppose this
<br />rezoning,Hammersten moved, seconded by Mueller to zone the above property Resièential
<br />"B" cl.Ístrict.Roll Call:Aves-(ti)Nays-(O).
<br />The Plat commission suhmitted the POnTE PARK Plat for approval.I1a¡runersten floved,
<br />seconded by I~~ti to accept the plat as presented.Roll Call :Ayes-(4) ,Nays-(L)).
<br />A letter received by Solstad anà Olson through treir attorney <Tohn Christofferson
<br />was read by the Clerk. They are requef>ting that grade be established on Aldine Place
<br />and Al¿ine street.The~' offered to gra.de these streets to the extend of Wooòside Park
<br />Addi tion at their own expenses .carlson moved, seconded by Har!IJ:1ersten to order the grade

<br />stRrt action against Norman Horton operating a business of junked cars without a
<br />license as provided by villaße ordinance and also operating a business on property
<br />which is not zoned for bu:hness located on County Road C,West of Lexington Ave.
