Ira Karon Village Attorney was <br />also present. <br /> <br />The Cl.erk read the minutes of the previous meeting of Jtme 19th and on motion <br />by Mueller seconded by Membrez they were approved as corrected. There being ~ two bids.Onefrom WIn.Reiling Inc. for $41,000 with a <br />check for $2,050.00 inclosed and one trom otto Ashbach and Sons,Inc. for$45,552.00 <br />On motion by Hammersten seconded by Wlllmus the bids were referred to a committee <br />consisting of Membrez ,Carlson and Ira Karon Village Attorney. Roll CaJ.l Ayes-5 <br />Nayes-(O). <br /> <br />Mr. Frank McCarron was present and asked what.had been done about accepting <br />Shryer Ave, 1025 feet east of Dale st. and was told the recordsshond it to be <br />for the above mentioned distance and a private easement to Mr.& Mr8..~ who <br />live an the east end of the road. He said he would give the Council an easement <br />for the road and have it graded if we would have the grade stakes placed.He left <br />the easement papers with the Clerk to check at the County Auditor's Office. <br /> <br />A resident trom Sandhurst Drive asked what had been done on their road and was <br />told grade stakes were ordered placed after checking with the Village Attorney <br />about a drainage problem that might develop. <br /> <br />Mr. Duncanson Of B;yan and Fairview complained about the condition of Ryan Ave. <br />and 'WaS told the road had never been accepted therefor we could do .no work on it. <br />The Council informed him to contact his neighbors and see the seller of the <br />property about putting the road in shape. <br /> <br />Mr. Rudy Keller talked with the C01.mcil about Lindy St. drainage in Mayflower <br />Park addition.Mr Keller will ask the Utilit.y Co. if they would move a light pole <br />so the culvert could be moved north to take care of the dráinage complaint we had <br />from residents on Lindy St. also inquired if we had an all over plmi for water <br />conditions as th,-develop. <br /> <br />Mr. Naiseth 2215 W. County Road B. appearèd to ask permission to build a garage <br />addition on his property with a setback of only 2 feet.~ was told to try and buy <br />some {Uid;1ttODal pJ:Dperjy from his neighbor so he could have the required setback <br />of five feet. <br /> <br />Mr. C,.W.Michael and his surveyor }fr.Rudy Wol.fgram appeared before the council with <br />a plat of theC.W.Michael 3rd. addition. After some discussion he said he would <br />make a few corrections and submit a newly draml plat. <br /> <br />~ Mr. Wolfgram had a plat of the proposed Memorial Park Addition number 2 for app- <br />~. rOYal and stated the Plat commission had not approved it as yet. Membrez moved <br />seconded by Carlson that Memorial Park Add.No.2 be accepted as presented. Ayes(5) <br />Neyea-(O). <br /> <br />Three residents from Raymond Ave & Co.Road C'2 asked what had been done about <br />Warren Schultz feeding hogs too close to their property. The matter had been <br />referred to the Health Dept. for investigation and they reportd that the hogs <br />were to be moved to his property on Cleveland Ave. <br /> <br />HI'. Deebe 1982 Eldridge apÅ“ared to complain about a culvert near his l3'operty <br />saving, it was full and baså1P,ents were being flooded. He was told it waff private <br />pr"pertiy and we cOULd do nothing on it. <br /> <br />.. <br />
