<br /> ROSEVILLE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br />MEETING MINUTES FOR <br />DECEMBER 7, 2021 6:30 p.m. <br />PRESENT:Arneson, Baggenstoss,Boulton, Brown,Dahlstrom,Heikkila, Hoag, <br />Lenhart, Ybarra <br />ABSENT: Carlson <br />STAFF: Anderson, Brokke, Christensen, McDonagh <br /> <br />1) INTRODUCTIONS <br />Chair Hoag introduced the meeting and noted that this month’s meeting was an in-person meeting <br />with a virtual option. The public was still encouraged to participate in the meeting using the Zoom <br />platform. <br /> <br />Youth Commissioner Carlson previously alerted staff that he will not be joining the December Parks <br />and Recreation Commission meeting. <br /> <br />2) ROLL CALL/PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Roll Call Commissioners:Arneson, Boulton, Baggenstoss, Brown, Dahlstrom, Heikkila, <br />Hoag, Lenhart. <br /> <br />Chair Hoag called for public comment by members of the audience. No audience in attendance. <br />3) APPROVAL OF MINUTES – NOVEMBER 4, 2021 MEETING <br /> <br />Commissioner Heikkila moved to approve the minutes. Commissioner Brown seconds. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Arneson, Boulton,Baggenstoss, Brown, Dahlstrom, Heikkila, Hoag, Lenhart. <br />Nays: None. <br />Abstain: Ybarra. <br /> <br />4) CEDARHOLM COMMUNITY BUILDING AND GOLF COURSE REVIEW <br />Staff introduced Golf Course Superintendent, Sean McDonagh and Recreation Program Supervisor, <br />Steven Anderson who were present at the meeting.
