The public was still encouraged to participate in the meeting using the Zoom <br />platform. <br /> <br />Commissioner Arneson previously alerted staff that he will not be joining the January Parks and <br />Recreation Commission meeting. <br /> <br />2) ROLL CALL/PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Roll Call Commissioners: Boulton, Baggenstoss, Brown, Dahlstrom, Heikkila, Hoag, <br />Lenhart, Ybarra. <br /> <br />Chair Hoag called for public comment by members of the audience. No audience member indicated <br />that they would like to comment. <br /> <br />3) APPROVAL OF MINUTES – DECEMBER 7, 2021 MEETING <br />Commissioner Baggenstoss recommended amending line 225 from “St. Paul” to “Minneapolis”. <br /> <br />Commissioner Brownmoved to approve the amendedminutes.Commissioner <br />Baggenstossseconds. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Boulton, Baggenstoss, Brown, Dahlstrom, Heikkila, Hoag, Lenhart, Ybarra. <br />Nays: None. <br />Abstain: None. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
