<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />Regular meeting of the VilJage Council Tuesday April 19, 195.5 2 p.m. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members <br />present: Carlson, Olson, Hammersten, and Willmus. B. H. Loftsgaatden, <br />Attorney, and Don Carley, Engineer, were also present. <br /> <br />Carlson moved, Willmus seconded that the minutes of the Apri1 5th <br />meeting be approved. Roll Call Ayes (4)-Nayes (0). <br /> <br />The bids on culverts were opened at this time. <br />H. G. Johnston Culvert Co. <br />St. Pa,-Ü Corrugating Co. <br />Hammersten moved, Carlson seconded the bids for culverts be referred <br />to the Engineer for tabulating. Roll Call Ayes (4)*Nayes (0). <br /> <br />Bids on Gasoline were opened. <br />Port Oil Co. <br />Nelson Oil Co. <br />Olson moved, Carlson seconded the bids be referred to the Engineer <br />for tabulating. Krannak stating that <br />he must post a bond with the Village guaranteeinc completion of Dionne <br />St. west of Lexington to Dunlap. It was agreed some time ago that a <br />part of Dunlap St. from Larpenteur Ave. would be vacated at the time <br />Dionne St. is constructed. <br /> <br />The matter of rezoning 150 feet on Lexington south of Roma St. was <br />discussed. <br />Olson moved, Hammersten seconded that the Council rezone 100 ft. ~ <br />on Lexington leaving the additional feet as a 50 ft. set-back on <br />Roma St. subject to Paster Enterprises pccepted the conditions of <br />rezoning of 100 ft., within 30 days.
