However, he was having technical <br />difficulties and not able to speak via the microphone at this time. <br /> <br />Chair Dahlstrom called for public comment by members of the audience. No audience members <br />indicated they wish to speak. <br /> <br />3) APPROVAL OF MINUTES – JANUARY 3, 2023 MEETING <br /> <br />Commissioner Brown moved to approve the minutes. Commissioner Arneson seconded. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Arneson, Baggenstoss, Boulton, Brown, Dahlstrom, Matts-Benson, Ybarra. <br />Nays: None. <br />Abstain: None. <br /> <br />4)REVIEW POSSIBLE ART PIECE DONATION FOR THE HARRIET ALEXANDER <br />NATURE CENTER <br />The city has been contacted by a perspective donor who is interested in making a substantial <br />contribution of a public art piece for the Harriet Alexander Nature Center. Specifically, the donor is <br />interested in contributing an art piece that highlights the nature center and draws more people into <br />the facility. The donor is interested in commissioning a piece by Lori Greene, a mosaic artist who <br />identifies as a community and public artist. Lori has completed several successful piecesin Roseville <br />including atthe Roseville Library. <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
