EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey,Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of July 2023 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following Council Members were present: Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe; and Strahan <br /> was absent. <br /> Council Member Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12003 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED DANNY BOY ESTATES PRELIMINARY <br /> PLAT (PF23-002) <br /> WHEREAS, Sophies, LLC has submitted a valid application for approval of the proposed Danny <br /> Boy Estates preliminary plat of the property addressed as 2560 Fry Street; and <br /> WHEREAS the proposed subdivision conforms to all of the applicable standards of the City of <br /> Roseville zoning and subdivision codes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the duly noticed public hearing for this <br /> application on June 7, 2023, and having closed said public hearing, voted 5-1 to recommend approval of <br /> the proposed preliminary plat with certain conditions based on the public record and the Planning <br /> Commission's deliberation with certain conditions; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the Roseville City Council,to approve the <br /> proposed Danny Boy Estates preliminary plat,based on the public record and City Council deliberation, <br /> with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Pursuant to the memo from Public Works Department staff in Attachment 4 of this RCA, the <br /> applicant shall create a homeowners association for maintenance of the shared driveway and storm <br /> water BMPs, and shall enter into an agreement pertaining to the public water and sanitary sewer <br /> improvements in the site. <br /> 2. Pursuant to the comments from Parks and Recreation Department staff in Attachment 4 of this <br /> RPCA, the applicant shall submit payment of the$38,250 park dedication fee before the City will <br /> release the signed mylars for recording at Ramsey County. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Schroeder, and <br /> upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof; Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe <br /> and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
