EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 24th day of July 2023 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following Council Members were present: Strahan, Etten, Groff, and Mayor Roe; and <br /> Schroeder was absent. <br /> Council Member Groff introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12009 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED VILLAS OF RESERVOIR WOODS <br /> PRELIMINARY PLAT (PF23-002) <br /> WHEREAS, Cara Builders, LLC, and Integritas Properties, LLC, have jointly submitted a valid <br /> application for approval of the proposed Villas of Reservoir Woods preliminary plat of the property <br /> addressed as 691-711 Shryer Avenue; and <br /> WHEREAS the proposed subdivision conforms to all of the applicable standards of the City of <br /> Roseville zoning and subdivision codes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the duly noticed public hearing for this <br /> application on June 7, 2023, and having closed said public hearing, voted 6-0 to recommend approval of <br /> the proposed preliminary plat with certain conditions based on the public record and the Planning <br /> Commission's deliberation with certain conditions; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the Roseville City Council, to approve the <br /> proposed Villas of Reservoir Woods preliminary plat,based on the public record and City Council <br /> deliberation, with the condition that, pursuant to the memo from Parks and Recreation Department staff, <br /> the applicant shall submit payment of the $8,500 park dedication fee before the City will release the <br /> signed mylars for recording at Ramsey County. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Strahan, and upon a vote <br /> being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: Strahan, Etten, Groff, and Mayor Roe; <br /> and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
