EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of August 2023 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following Council Members were present: Schroeder, Groff, and Roe; and Etten and Strahan <br /> were absent. <br /> Council Member Groff introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12010 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED 'DANNY BOY ESTATES' FINAL PLAT <br /> (PF23-002) <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council adopted Resolution 12003 approving the proposed <br /> Danny Boy Estates preliminary plat on July 10, 2023, based on the public record and City Council <br /> deliberation, with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Pursuant to the memo from Public Works Department staff in Attachment 4 of the RCA, the <br /> applicant shall create a homeowners association for maintenance of the shared driveway and storm <br /> water BMPs, and shall enter into an agreement pertaining to the public water and sanitary sewer <br /> improvements in the site. <br /> 2. Pursuant to the comments from Parks and Recreation Department staff in Attachment 4 of the RCA, <br /> the applicant shall submit payment of the $38,250 park dedication fee before the City will release the <br /> signed mylars for recording at Ramsey County. <br /> WHEREAS the proposed final plat is substantially the same as the approved preliminary plat; <br /> and <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the Roseville City Council, to approve the <br /> proposed Danny Boy Estates final plat, based on the public record and City Council deliberation, with <br /> the following conditions: <br /> 1. The applicant shall create a homeowners association for maintenance of the shared driveway and <br /> storm water BMPs, and shall enter into an agreement pertaining to the public water and sanitary <br /> sewer improvements in the site. <br /> 2. The applicant shall submit payment of the $38,250 park dedication fee before the City will release <br /> the signed mylars for recording at Ramsey County. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Schroeder, <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Schroeder, Groff, and <br /> Roe; and the following voted against the same: None <br /> WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
