<br />The Village Counctnmet on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Flanagan, Reinecke,
<br />McGee, and Shields. Engineer Soutter was also present.

<br />Shields Moved, Flanagan Seconded that Betty Whitbeck be appointed
<br />to serve as Village Clerk, until sucn time as a permanent Administrator
<br />be appointed by the Village Council. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0)
<br />
<br />Flanagan Moved, Shields Seconded, that the Minutes of the Council
<br />Meetings of December 27, 1960 and January 4, 1961 be laid over until
<br />the next Council Meeting, for approval. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0)

<br />Shields Moved, Flanagan Secondecl, that the General, LiquorArSinking,
<br />Sewer Operating" and Sewer Debt Retirement Bank AccountlS remain at
<br />the st. Anthony Park State Bank; and that the Sewer Construction
<br />Bank Account B remain at the First National Bank and the Sewer
<br />Construction Bank Account C remain at t he American National Bank.

<br />on the fee schedule of the Ramsey County Bar Association, until such

<br />to the first four Fridays of the month at 8:00 P. M., commencing Friday,
