<br />l11e Vi llage Counci 1 met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Reinecke, Goodrich, Kustermann and
<br />Flanagan.
<br />

<br />Reinecke ~Ioved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting MINUTES
<br />of June 11, 1962, be accepted as corrected. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).
<br />
<br />On Page 2, Rubenstein variance it should read: Reinecke ~loved,
<br />Goodrich Seconded, that the request for variance by Sheldon Rubenstein
<br />for the Rose BUlldlng Corporatlon for a 10 foot west sldeyard setback,
<br />30 foot north backyard setback, 40 foot east sldeyard setback, and 40
<br />foot south front yard setback be granted as to deny the variance would not
<br />ermit a bUlldlng of the necessary size for thls type of 0 eratlon to be
<br />put on t e property. 0 a yes ays

<br />Flanagan Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the bids on the police cars BIDS
<br />be opened. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Flanagan ~loved, Goodrich Seconded, that the bid from ~Iidway Ford
<br />of $4,600 for two Ford Station Wagons, units proposed now being rented
<br />~y the Village, be accepted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Reinecke ~loved, Kustermann Seconded, that the Attorney be authorized
<br />to prepare an ordinance rezoning the property of Warren Brennan at
<br />Lexington and County Road 0 including the vacated portion of Brenner Ave.
<br />as requested in his petition, Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0),

<br />Flanagan Moved, Reinecke Seconded, that the request for variance by
<br />. Kenneth Ruberg, for a corneryard setback of 6 feet be granted since the
<br />\;1 contour of the lot would prohibit entrance to the garage if a 30 foot
<br />setback were required. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (D).

<br />McGee M6ved, Goodrich Seconded, that the Attorney be authorized to draw up
<br />a resolution vacating Terrace Drive from the west property line of
<br />Merrill Street to a point 120 feet east, reserving the right for public
<br />utilities on the street in question, Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (1),
<br />Reinecke voting nay.

<br />Flanagan r,loved, Kustermann Seconded, that the petltlon for sanitary
<br />sewer on Raymond Avenue north of County Road C 2 be referred to the
<br />Village Clerk for varification as to the adequacy of signatures,
<br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (D),
