<br />meeting of February 4, 1963, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes (5) -

<br />RESOLUTION

<br />awarding the contract for Water Improvement 62-1, Project #4

<br />to Orfei and Sons, Inc.,

<br />Goodrich Seconded, that Estimate #3 in the amount

<br />Building be paid to the contractor, Robert F, Gladisch, Roll

<br />Goodrich Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that the request for the
<br />BANK
<br />extension of the sign variance for the Roseville State Bank
<br />1963, be allowed,Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0),
<br />until August 1,
<br />TRAINING PROGRAM
<br />Schrenker Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the United States
<br />WATER SAFETY
<br />Coast Guard Auxiliary be given authorization to conduct a train-
<br />ing course in the basement room of the Village Hall on April 2,
<br />Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0),

<br />Schrenker Moved, Kustermann Seconded, that the Clerk be authorizedEASEMENT NOS,
<br />to issue a draft payable to the McGough Construction Company in1056 and 1058
<br />the amount of $260,00 in payment of the sanitary sewer easement
<br />across the following described premises, to wit:
<br />"The South Ten Feet (S,lO') of the Northwest Quarter
<br />of the Southwest Quarter (NE, l/4 of SW l/4) of Section
<br />Four (4), Township Twenty-Nine (29), kange Twenty-Three
<br />(23). Ramsey County, Minnesota,
<br />and the Clerk be authorized to issue a draft in the amount of $195,00
<br />made payable to the McGough Construction Company, Inc,, and the First
<br />in payment of the balance due for Sewer
