<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, April 22, 1963. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br />Schrenker and Kustermann. <br /> <br />Kustermann Moved, Schrenker Seconded, that the minutes of the <br />meeting of April 22, 1963, be approved as corrected. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br /> <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the meeting by stating this was a hearing called <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes on a public improvement involving <br />the installation of a storm drainage system on Highcrest Road <br />between Trunk Highway No.8 and County Road D. He stated that this <br />improvement was part of the larger overall improvement undertaken <br />by the Village of St. Anthony and only involved Roseville to the <br />extent of those lands lying within this Village which contributed <br />~o the water shed draining into the storm sewer. If the improve- <br />..Ient was deemed desirable by the Council upon completion of this <br />hearing, the storm sewer would proceed and Roseville would be <br />obligated for a certain portion of the total cost thereof. <br /> <br />The Mayor called on the Village Clerk to produce the notice of publi- <br />cation and certificate of mailing notices to property owners in the <br />improvement. <br /> <br />Mr. Turnlund, the Village Clerk, produced an affidavit of publication <br />indicating notice of public hearing was published in the Rose Tribune <br />on April 11 and April 18, 1963. This notice read: <br /> <br />Notice of Public Hearing <br /> <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />Notice is Hereby Given, that the Village Council for the Village of <br />Roseville, will meet at 8:30 p.m.,CST on the 22nd day of April, 1963, <br />in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall of Roseville to consider <br />improving the storm water drainage along Highcrest Road from Thirty- <br />Third (33rd) Avenue Northeast northerly to Thirty-Seventh (37th) <br />Avenue Northeast (County Road "D") said improvements to consist <br />generally of the following: <br /> <br />Roseville would grant permission to Saint Anthony to construct and <br />install catch basins along Highcrest Road in the Village of Rose- <br />ille, and to connect those catch basins with catch basins leads to <br />a storm sewer to be constructed by Saint Anthony in Highcrest Road <br />within the Village of Saint Anthony, and Roseville would agree to <br />contribute to the cost of the storm sewers along Highcrest Road, and <br /> <br />8:00 P.M. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />HIGHCREST STORM <br />SEWER <br />
