<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, January 20, 1964,

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Cedarho1m, Trustees Goodrich, Shields
<br />and Grauel, Absent - Trustee Curley.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of January 13, 1964, be approved, Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0),

<br />MINUTES
<br />
<br />Mayor Cedarholm made the following proclamation:
<br />
<br />PROCLAMATION
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the week of January 19 has been dedicated as
<br />National Junior Chamber of Commerce Week,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, all state and local Junior Chamber of Commerce
<br />organizations are participating in this week,
<br />
<br />lWIEREAS, the Roseville Junior Chamber of Commerce Chapter
<br />has given valuable and enthusiastic community
<br />service to the Village of Roseville,
<br />
<br />THEREFORE, I, ~~YOR EMIL F, CEDARHOLM, on behalf of the
<br />citizens of the Village of Roseville proclaim this week
<br />of January 19 to be Junior Chamber of Commerce Week in the
<br />Village of Roseville and extend to our local Junior Chamber
<br />of Commerce Chapter our gratitude and appreciation for their
<br />dedicated service,
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the Village Administrator
<br />and Administrative Assistant be authorized to receive bids on sand
<br />and gravel, bituminous mix and oil, regular gas and diesel fuel
<br />and workmen's compensation insurance at 11:30 a,m., February 3,
<br />1964. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />CALL FOR BIDS
<br />
<br />Trustee Curley arrived at the meeting at 7:35 p.m.
<br />
<br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No, 908
<br />regarding traffic ~Qdtrol devices be adopted, Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0) - Abstentions (1), Trustee Curley
<br />abstaining.

<br />street lights at Ryan and Dellwood, Fernwood and Roma, and
<br />Eldridge and Pascal be approved, Roll Call, Ayes (5) -

<br />Goodrich Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 909
<br />regarding apportionment of assessments relating to sanitary
<br />sewer improvement No.2 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0).
