<br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich,

<br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of February 3, 1964, be accepted as corrected. Roll Call,

<br />granted Naiditsch & Sons for two 23-unit apartment buildings at
<br />the northeast corner of Skillman Avenue extended and Albermarle

<br />ation for the rezoning of property on the southwest corner of
<br />the intersection of Hamline and County Road B, and variance for
<br />a two story building to be constructed on the property be
<br />referred to the Planning Commission. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />authorized to hire an appraiser for appraisals of possible park
<br />sites outlined in the letter from the Recreation Board dated
