Absent: Trustee Shields. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of February 17, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the design of the <br />planned residential unit be approved, and Zimmerman Realty <br />Company be granted a special use permit to build apartments in <br />a B-1 district located at Rose Mall and Pascal Avenue, together <br />with variance in density requirements of approximately 73 square <br />feet per unit, and that the special use permit shall be granted <br />contiJ)gent on the Zimmerman Realty Company dedicating and con. <br />structin~ Commerce Street according to Village specifications. <br />Roll Call, Ayes (4) .
