<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council, March 9, 1964.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Acting Mayor Goodrich, Trustees Curley, Grauelg
<br />and Shields. Absent: Mayor Cedarholm.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of
<br />March 2, 1964, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes (4) ~ Nays (0),
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that Ordinance No. 411 rezoning
<br />Harlan Grayden Property, Lot 3, Block 6, St. Anthony Plaza Plat 19
<br />from B~3 to R~3 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) D Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that a building permit be issued to
<br />Harlan Grayden for an apartment building at 2901 Highway #8.

<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that April 6, 1964, be set for
<br />the public hearing on Mr. Donut sign variance. Roll Call, Ayes

<br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that request of Thomas Willmus for
<br />rezoning of property located at 2974 N. Snelling from B~l to B02
<br />be referred to the Planning Commission for public hearing. Roll

<br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the variance in setback of
<br />the McGough Construction Company be set up for public hearing for
<br />the Planning Commission on April 1, 1964; and that the public hear~
<br />ing be set for the Council on the variance on April 6, 1964,

<br />change on front yard setback for industrial areas adjacent to .
<br />residential areas be referred to the Planning Commission for study

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Ordinance No. 412 establisho
<br />ing regulation of cemeteries in the Village of Roseville be adopted.

<br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 923 relatin~
<br />to apportionment of assessments in sanitary sewer improvement #2

<br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the application submitted by
<br />Al Schreiber for a rezoning from R..I to R..3 of property located
<br />at 1890 North Lexington Avenue be referred to the Planning Commission
<br />for recommendation. Roll Call, Ayes (4) .. Nays (D).

<br />lrley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Robert Cartier, 1914 E. County
<br />~oad P, be appointed Assistant Electrical Inspector on the same fee
