VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the Village Council, May 4,1964. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Grauel, Goodrich and Shields. Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the special meeting of April 20, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of April 20, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the special meeting of April 25, 1964, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the special meeting of April 27, 1964, be approved as corrected. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). On Page 1, Roseville Water Company, it should read: I. Produce certificates of insurance show in liabilit as requlre 2. in said resolution and t 1S mot1on The Mayor declared the Public Hearing for Water Improvement No. 64-5 open. The Acting Clerk - Administrator presented an affidavit showing publication of notice of hearing on proposed Water Improvement No. 64-5, in accordance with the resolution adopted April 6, 1964, which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Acting Clerk. The Acting Clerk also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners, which certificate was examined and found to be satis- factory and was directed to be filed by the Acting Clerk. be Mayor then directed the Acting Clerk to read the description of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor.
