<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING

<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE
<br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA

<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city
<br />Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the city
<br />Hall on the twenty-fourth day of September, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
<br />
<br />The following members were present: Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas
<br />and Rog
<br />
<br />and the following were absent: None.
<br />
<br />Councilmember Thomas introduced the following resolution and moved its
<br />adoption:
<br />

<br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR PROJECT NO. M-90-19
<br />PUBLIC WORKS UNHEATED STORAGE FACILITY
<br />
<br />Whereas, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement,
<br />according to the plans and specifications thereof on file in the office
<br />of the Manager of said City, said bids were received on September 18,
<br />1990, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., opened and tabulated according to law and
<br />the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

<br />WHEREAS, it appears that George W. Olsen Construction Company, Inc. of
<br />Stillwater, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated
<br />price of $771,567 including the base bid and Alternates 2, 3, and 10;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
<br />Roseville, Minnesota:
<br />
<br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter
<br />into a contract with George W. Olsen Construction Company, Inc. for
<br />$771,567 in the name of the City of Roseville for the above
<br />improvement according to the plans and specifications thereof
<br />heretofore approved by the city Council and on file in the office
<br />of the City Manager.
