<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich,

<br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of April 24, 1967, be approvedo Roll Call, Ayes (5) -
<br />Nays (0) 0
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the application submitted
<br />by Klosterman Realty Company for rezoning of property from R-l
<br />to R=3A and from R-l to R-6 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) -

<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that the special use permit
<br />and variance requested by Ao p. Keller at Hamline and T,Ho 36
<br />for Boutell Furniture Store under the provisions provided by
<br />the Planning Commission in its letter dated May 5, 1967, File
<br />379-67 be approved; and that the request for withdrawal of the
<br />sign variance be grantedo Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

<br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request of N. C. Holding
<br />Company for rezoning at 1430 Terrace Drive from R-l to B-1 be approved
<br />with the variance subject to the letter of the Planning Commission
<br />dated April 5, 1967, File 373-67. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0)0

<br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the variance request of
<br />Thomas A. Rice for sideyard setback at 1926 North Chatsworth be
<br />approved as recommended by the Planning Commission in their letter

<br />division of a lot and variance at 991 West Roselawn Avenue be
<br />approved as recommended by the Planning Commission in their letter
