<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - September 18, 1967,

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Grauel, Shields,
<br />and Curley. Absent: Counei Iman Goodrich.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of September 11, 1967, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the matter of traffic access
<br />on Alta Vista Drive, Alameda Drive and Dale Street be referred to
<br />the Traffic Engineering Committee and to the County of Ramsey.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 1898 calling
<br />for a feasibility report as requested by Glenn R. Rose, 3053 North
<br />Chatsworth and that the Public Works Director submit the report
<br />at our next meeting be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 1899 deleting
<br />the trees and sodding in Kroiss Lakeview No 2, Improvement 66-16,
<br />be adopted, Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 1900 authorizing
<br />commencement of eminent domain proceedings to acquire certain ease-
<br />ments for storm sewer Improvement 67-9 be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 1901 authorizing
<br />commencement of eminent domain proceedings to acquire certain ease-
<br />ments for water main Improvement 66-26 be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 1902 relating
<br />to partial assessment of Improvement No. 66-16 declaring cost to
<br />be assessed of such partial assessment and ordering preparation of
<br />proposed assessment be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 1903 relating
<br />to apportionment of assessments relating to Consolidated Storm Sewer
<br />Improvements Nos. 65-7, 65-8, 65-9, 65-37, 65-43, 66-11, 66-14 and
<br />66-15 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 1904 relating
<br />to apportionment of assessments relating to Consolidated Water
<br />Improvements Nos. 62-2, 64-4, 64-5, 64-6 be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 1905 relating
<br />to apportionment of assessments relating to Sanitary Sewer Improve-
<br />ment No.2 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 1906 relating
<br />to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 reapportionment of assessments
