<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - April IS, 1968. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Shields, Curley, Grauel <br />and Linebarger. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the minutes of the special <br />meeting of April I, 1968 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Shields, <br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None. Abstentions: Mayor Moll. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of April 8, 1968, be approved as corrected. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Shields, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />On Page 3, under Street Lights, it should read: <br /> <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the L & Z Mfg. Company <br />rezoning request from R-l to B-3 at 1881 North Rice Street be <br />continued until June 24, 1968. Roll Call, Ayes: Shields, Curley, <br />Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Moshou request for re- <br />zoning from SC and R-3 to R-7 and B-2, variance to setback and <br />density and special use permit for planned unit development located <br />between Rice Street and Woodbridge Street south of County Road C-2 <br />be approved with the conditions that: a) the fence problem between <br />the North Height's Church parsonage and the deve loper be worked out <br />to the mutual satisfaction of both parties, that the landscaping be <br />approved as shown at this meeting, and that if feasible the R-I <br />buffer area be landscaped as soon as building construction <br />commences; b) and that in. conjunction with this development <br />Resolution No. 2088 requesting a feasibility report from the <br />engineer in regard to the storm drainage on County Road C-2 be <br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Shields, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger <br />and Moll. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the Garley rezoning from R-l <br />to R-3A and special use permit for planned unit development for <br />property north of County Road 0-2, and west of Highway No. 8 be <br />granted; and that as soon as Garley obtains ownership of the property <br />he vacate that easement on the Antinozzi property on County Road C-2 <br />and that the planned unit development be subject to the following <br />conditions: approval of the drainage, moving the access road 10 <br />feet from the highway right-of-way, and screening a 10 foot strip <br />between the highway and access road; and that the property owned by <br />Minnesota Transfer Railway be excluded from the rezoning. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Shields, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll.
