VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Heeting of the Village Council - January 13. 1969. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields. Grauel Moved. Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of December 30, 1968, be approved as amended. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields and Moll. Nays: None. On Page 1, Final Estimate should read: Improvement 68-7, Project 2. The Mayor made the following proclamation: WHEREAS, the Civic Bodies and Service Organizations of our community and the departments of the local government recognize the great service rendered to this community by the Roseville Mrs. Jaycees i WHEREAS, the strength of any community depends, to a marked degree, upon the spirit of civic pride engendered by its citizens; WHEREAS, people harmoniously working together can produce achievements no one person could accomplish alone; WHEREAS, it is necessary for the community to focus attention on the efforts and contributions of such volunteer organizations; AND WHEREAS, this organization of young women has contributed materially to the betterment of this community throughout the year; NOW, THEREFORE, I, A. Donald Moll, Mayor of the Village of Roseville, call upon all of the people of Roseville to join me in recognizing and saluting the Roseville Mrs. Jaycees and do proclaim the week of January 26th as Roseville Mrs. Jaycees Week. Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded. that the final plat of Heatherwood Addition be approved and the Mayor and Acting ~mnager authorized to sign it. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel. Linebarger, Shields and Moll. Nays: None. Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the application submitted by Esther Logerquist for rezoning from R-2 to R-2 at 2088 North Fry Street be denied. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shields and Moll. Nays: None. Linebarger Moved, Curley Seconded, that the public hearing on the Calvary Baptist Church request for rezoning from R-l to B-2 at 2120 North Lexington Avenue be continued until Monday. January 27. 1969, at which time the Public Works Director should contact the Ramsey County Engineerirrg Department to obtain a traffic study and analysis of the property in question4 Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Shie Ids and Moll. Nays: None. Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the application submitted by Andrew Janos for variance in sideyard setback at 1778 Ryan Avenue be denied.
