<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Mayor Moll. Councilmen Linebarger, Shields. Curley and GraueL
<br />
<br />Curley Moved. Linebarger Seconded, that the minutes of the February 24.
<br />1969 meeting be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Shields, Curley.
<br />Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved. Grauel Seconded, that the final plat on Tolstad's
<br />Rosedale Addition be approved subject to the dedication of ten feet
<br />on Roselawn Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Shields, Curley.
<br />Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the final plat of Dayton
<br />Corporation "Rosedale Second Addition" be approved as submitted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Shields, Curley, Grauel and ~101L
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 5068-A calling
<br />for a feasibility repcrt on the utili ties in Rosedale Second Addition
<br />plat be referred to the Public Works Director. said report should
<br />include the extension of Prior Avenue between the service drive and
<br />County Road B-2 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Shields,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the application submitted by
<br />John McCarron for rezoning from R-2 to B-3 at 2150 North Dale Street
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Shields, Curley, Grauel
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Shields Moved. Linebarger Seconded, that the Clara Gribble preliminary
<br />plat at County Road D and Arthur Place be laid over for the March 17,
<br />1969 meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Shie Ids, Cur ley. Graue 1
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the preliminary plat of Victor
<br />Michels Addition at Cleveland and Skillman Avenues be approved.
<br />Roll Call. Ayes: Linebarger, Shields, Curley, Grauel and MolL
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved. Curley Seconded, that a public hearing be established
<br />for the Pete Settercost request for rezoning from B-3 to R-l and
<br />variance at 165 South OWasso Boulevard for March 31, 1969. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Linebarger, ~lields, Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that a public hearing be
<br />established for the Peterson-Davis request for rezoning from B-2
<br />to B-3 and special use permit at 631 West Larpenteur Avenue for
<br />~mrch 31, 1969. Roll Call. Ayes: Linebarger, Shields, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the request from the Lexington
<br />Holding Company for variance to front yard setback at 1127 West
<br />Larpenteur Avenue be referred to the Planning Commission for re-
<br />commendation. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Shields, Curley, Grauel
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.
