<br />The Village Council met on the above date Witil the following
<br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Shields, Curley, Grauel
<br />and Linebarger.

<br />Curley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of April 14, 1969 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Shields, Curley,
<br />Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Village Council recommend
<br />that the Village Hanager, Burke Raymond, be appointed to the Board
<br />of Uirectors of the ~~tropolitan Section, League of r~nnesota
<br />~funicipalities. Roll Call, Ayes: Shields, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Shields Seconded, that the approval of March 10, 1969
<br />for paymen ts on easements 1 through 11, be wi thdrawn and that the
<br />payments for said easements be approved in the lower sums as agreed
<br />upon by Ule respective owners as set forth in the Village Attorney's
<br />letter of April 14, 1969, and that the Mayor and Village Manager be
<br />authorized to sign earnest money contracts for said amounts. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Shields, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Manager be authorized
<br />to advertise for bids in accordance with the plans submitted by the
<br />Parks and Recreation Board for 1969 park development, togeUler with
<br />alternate bids so that it can be kept within $50,000. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Shields, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Change Order No. 6760-1 be
<br />paid to A. J. Ryan Landscaping Company in the amount of $2,770.00
<br />for \...ork to be completed on the Cedarholm Golf Course. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Shields, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />CHANGE ORDER

<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, Ulat the re~uest by A. G.
<br />Mueller for extension of the special use permit for construction
<br />on the property at County Road B and Cleveland Avenue be extended
<br />for a six month period. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,

<br />the r..~tropoli tan Affairs Committee on the Metropolitan Sewer Pro-
<br />posal be placed on file for one week so that the Village Manager
<br />and his staff can prepare any necessary recommendations at the
<br />meeting of April 28til. Roll Call, Ayes: Shields, Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Shields Moved, Curley Seconded, that the report from the Metro-
<br />politan Affairs Committee in regard to Solid Waste Disposal be
<br />laid over for one week. Roll Call, Ayes: Shields, Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger and Hall. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the summer meeting schedule be
<br />prepared to this effect: second and fourth r,1onday's in June,
<br />first and third in July and second and fourth in August. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Shields, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and ~~ll. Nays: None.
