<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - May 26. 1969.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Moll. Councilmen Curley. Grauel. Linebarger
<br />and Anderson.
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of May 19, 1969 be approved. Roll Call. Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger, Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the request for special
<br />use permit at 631 West Larpenteur Avenue be approved. Motion amended:
<br />Special use permit granted for five years with maximum of eight trailers
<br />to be displayed, and all trailers to be behind the front yard setback
<br />line. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley. Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and
<br />Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the Ben Freeman request
<br />for rezoning and special use permit at 485 West Larpenteur Avenue
<br />be continued until June 23, 1969. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel.
<br />Linebarger, Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Lad Properties, Inc.
<br />request for special use permit for planned development at the north-
<br />east corner of County Road B and Dale Street be approved as re-
<br />commended by the Planning Commission; and that the conditions as
<br />set forth by the Planning Commission for the chain link fence be a
<br />part of the special use permit. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger, Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the award of bid on
<br />Project 68-13, Fulham Street Improvement, be deferred until June 9,
<br />1969. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and
<br />Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the request of Clarence
<br />Krueger for division of a lot and relocation of a dwelling at 2262
<br />St. Stephens Street be continued until June 9, 1969. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Armor-Coat, Inc., low bidder,
<br />be awarded the bid on Project 69-10 in the amount of $26,130.70
<br />and that Gerald H. lioule, low bidder, be awarded the bid on Project
<br />69-11 in the amount of $5,331.25 for the site development and utilities
<br />in Acorn and Oasis Parks. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.
