<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council. July 7, 1969.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Linebarger, Anderson,
<br />Curley and Grauel.
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved, Curley Seconded, that Sun Newspapers, Inc.
<br />be awarded the bid on printing the revised Village Code in the
<br />amount of $3,020.00. Roll Call, Ay.s: Linebarger, Anderson,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of June 23, 1969 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Midland Spray Service be
<br />paid an amount of $450.00, the Village's share for aquatic weed
<br />and algae spraying in conjunction with Village property on Lake
<br />Owasso. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the Village Council concurs
<br />with the Mayor in sending a letter to the Ramsey County Board of
<br />Commissioners regarding ice arenas in Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Village Employees
<br />picnic be set for August 15, 1969, and that the Village Hall be
<br />closed from,noon on. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson,.
<br />Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Albert Johnson be given a
<br />30 day leave of absence without pay commencing July 7, 1969.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that Resolution No. 5137
<br />approving Minnesota Highway Department plans for safety improve-
<br />ment on Rice Street from County Road B-2 to T.H. 36 be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that Resolution No. 5138
<br />requesting Ramsey County to construct Fairview Avenue and
<br />Hamline Avenue from County Road B-2 to County Road C in 1970
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Linebarger, Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.
