<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - August 25, 1969.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Grauel
<br />and Linebarger.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of August 11, 1969, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the bid for park shelter
<br />for Acorn Park be accepted from Tauer Construction at the base
<br />bid of $17,350 and alternate bid of $291. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the request from ~tichels
<br />Construction Company to continue the hearing until September 8,
<br />for the variance in the division of a lot at 3077 Lydia Court be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Linebarger
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.
