<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - September IS, 1969.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and
<br />Anderson.
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of September 8,1969, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger, Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the package insurance bid
<br />be awarded to Maguire-Kolby Agency in the amount of $39,027,47,
<br />Roll CaU, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Seconded, that the application submitted by
<br />for special use permit at 2201 North Lexington
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the application submitted by
<br />Michels Construction Company for variance to division of a lot at
<br />3077 Lydia Court be approved as revised, this date, and agreed to by
<br />the property owners. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the letters from the
<br />Northern States Power Company regarding rate schedule for street
<br />lighting and revised provision for extending underground electric
<br />facilities be placed on file. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger, Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the Council verify Gary J. Tape
<br />as a member of the Roseville Volunteer Fire Department as recommended
<br />in their letter of September 9, 1969. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger, Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 5202 instructing
<br />the Mayor and Manager to sign an Agreement between the Village of
<br />Roseville and Williams Brothers Pipe Line Company be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Moll. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Anderson Seconded. that the Mayor and ~fanager be
<br />authorized to sign Change Order No.3, White Construction Company on
<br />Project ST-68-24. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager be authorized
<br />to sign Change Order No.1, Orfei and Sons, Inc. on Improvement P-68-l3
<br />Fulham Street. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel. Linebarger, Anderson
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.
