<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />and Curley. Absent: Councilman Anderson.
<br />
<br />Mayor Moll accepted a plaque from the Mayor of KimberlY, South
<br />Africa and responded with a letter of appreciation.

<br />Councilman Anderson entered the meeting at 7:35 P.M.

<br />Graue 1 Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of February 16, 1970, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
