<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - May 18, 1970.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Linebarger and
<br />Anderson. Absent: Councilman Grauel.
<br />
<br />Councilman Grauel entered the meeting at 7:12 P.M.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 5404 awarding
<br />the sale of $1,595,000 Temporary Improvement Bonds to the First
<br />National Bank of St. Paul and Associates be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Ho1l. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 5405 authorizing
<br />the issuance and delivery of $1,595,000 Temporary Improvement Bonds
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cur ley, Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson
<br />and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of May 11,
<br />1970, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that Resolution No. 5406
<br />awarding bid on Project P-69-l8, ST 69-19, 5S-69-12, W-69-l3,
<br />P-69-l4, SS 69-22, W-69-23, P-69-24 and P-68-33 to Armor Coat
<br />Company, Inc. in the amount of $87,321.51 be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />consulting service; the contract price to be $900.00 for 1970.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the special use permit for
<br />The Palisades, Lad Properties, Inc. be extended for a six month
<br />period, November 26, 1970. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Linebarger, Anderson and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Kellett from the Metropolitan Affairs Committee be accepted and the
<br />Manager write him a letter thanking him for his service to Roseville.
