<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Grauel.
<br />Absent: Councilman Linebarger.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of
<br />July 6, 1970, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the bid for the irrigation
<br />system for Rosebrook Park be awarded to ~1idland Irrigation, Inc.
<br />for the amount of $ 7,980.00, low bidder. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Associates for an amended special use permit be continued until
<br />the August 10, 1970, meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Council permit Joseph
<br />Tuott to put a trai ler in the rear of his home at 1849 Hamline
<br />Avenue for a period of 90 days, at which time he shall remove same.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel ~1oved, Anderson Seconded, that a public hearing be scheduled
<br />for August 10, 1970, for the renaming of County Road C between
<br />Victoria and Hamline Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel and I-loll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the Manager write /-.lr. Kenneth R.
<br />,Johnson and advise him that the monies were used for pub lications of
<br />the public hearing, therefore, there would be no refund. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request of Continental Oil
<br />Company for a special use permit at 1721 North Lexington Avenue be
<br />heard before the Council on August 10, 1970. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Moll. Nays: None.
