<br />Regular ~1eeting of the Vi llage Council - October 12, 1970.

<br />The Vi 11 age Counci I met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Moll, Counci Imen Graue I, Linebarp:er,
<br />Anderson and Curley.
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of September 28, 1970, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Moll. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the Minnesota Transfer
<br />Railway Company request for rezoning from 1-1 to 1-2 at 3000 Long
<br />Lake Road, be approved with the amended legal description contained
<br />in the letter of September 29, ]970, from .Jack C. Wallace of
<br />Newcome, Wallace & Newcome, W-IS57 First National Bank Building,
<br />St. Paul, ~1innesota 55101. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Anderson, Curley and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Linebarger Seconded, that the Hanager write a letter
<br />to Mrs. Joanne Kosanke accepting her resignation from the Metro-
<br />politan Affairs Committee. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Anderson, Curley and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Graue I ~1oved, Linebarger Seconded, that the Counci 1 approve the
<br />action taken by the Roseville Volunteer Fire Department in its
<br />memo of October 5, 1970. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Anderson, Curley and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 5531 relating
<br />to denying a special use permit to Continental Oil Company be adopted,
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Moll.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Linebarger Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager be
<br />authorized to sign Change Order No. I, Project 1'-70-9. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Moll, Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Payment No, 2, Project ~1-70-7
<br />be paid to Bud Squires Construction Company in the amount of $7,454.20
<br />for park shelter construction done at B-Dale Park. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />Linebarger Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 5532 regarding
<br />amending Resolution No. 5355 on correction of reapportionment of
<br />assessments relating to Consolidated Water Improvements Nos. 62-2,
<br />64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Linebarger,
<br />Anderson, Curley and Moll. Nays: None.

<br />amending Resolution No. 5397 on correction of reapportionment of
<br />assessments relating to Consolidated Water Improvements Nos. 62-2,
