<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - July 17, 1972.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Curley, Grauel,
<br />Anderson and Brennan.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of June 26, 1972, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />special meeting of July 10, 1972, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />Abstent ions: Brennan. Coune ilman Brennan was on vacat ion.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the final plat of "Unger
<br />Addition" at 527 South Owasso Boulevard be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the final plat of "Swanson
<br />Shores" at 599 South Owasso Boulevard be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Cur ley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Bre1ll1an Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the request for final
<br />plat approval by Roland Fleck of "Rocca Townhouses" at 3085
<br />Old Highway 8 be continued until the July 31, 1972, Council
<br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the request of William
<br />Leonard for rezoning from R-l to R-2 and variance to side yard
<br />setback at 1163, 1173 and 1179 County Road B be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the application submitted
<br />by Anthony Matkaiti, 595 Sandhurst Avenue, for rezoning from R-l
<br />to R-2 be approved, together with division of a lot and variance
<br />to lot depth size and that the applicant pay the watermain, sewer
<br />and stom sewer assessments prior to issuance of a building pemit.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Council grant the
<br />rezoning from B-1 and R-l to B-2 and grant a variance to the
<br />parking at 2425 North Rice Street requested by Kath Brothers
<br />with the condition recommended by the Planning Commission regard-
<br />ing future parking. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson,
<br />Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.
