<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Cotnlcil - August 28, 1972.

<br />The Village Cotnlcil met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Cotnlcilrnen Grauel, Anderson,
<br />Brennan and Curley.
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />August 14, 1972 meeting be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Grauel, Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the Final Plat of
<br />"Rocca Townhouses" be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Change Order No. 3
<br />1971 Consolidated Storm Sewer Improvements, Series II -
<br />Northdale Construction Company be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Grauel, Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Payment No. 6 be made
<br />to C. S. McCrossan, Inc. on 1971 Improvements, Series I in
<br />the amount of $28,187.93. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Payment No. 2 be made
<br />to Barbarossa & Sons, 1972 Improvements, Series 3, in the
<br />amount of $31,650.85. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson,
<br />Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Payment No. 2 be
<br />approved in the amount of $37,706.69 to Marvin Rehbein
<br />Contracting, Inc. on Project P-72-20, street improvement
<br />of County Road C- 2. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson,
<br />Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the Village acquire
<br />Easement No.3, Improvement No. 67-35 and the Mayor and
<br />Manager be authorized to execute said earnest money contract
<br />and the owners paid the sum of $499.50 as set forth in the
<br />Village Attorney's letter of August 10; 1973. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Grauel, Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Brennan Moved, Curley Seconded, that the licenses be approved.
