<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Brennan, Grauel
<br />and Anderson. Absent: Councilman Curley.

<br />Brennan Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of January 29, 1973, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Brennan, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />regarding Vocational Industrial Clubs of America Week be

<br />be awarded to Northwestern Refining Canpany on MC-300 thru
<br />Me 800 @ $.1425 per gallon delivered and RC oil to Northwestern
<br />Refining in the amount of $ .1450 per gallon. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Brennan, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the bid for gasoline be
<br />awarded to Gulf Oil Company at $.1393 per gallon for the supply
<br />of 92 octane gasoline and the low bid for diesel fuel of $.176
<br />per gallon be awarded to Gulf Oil Company. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Brennan, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the final plat of "Foster
<br />Shores" at 595 Heinel Drive, be approved and the Mayor and Manager
<br />authorized to sign it. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Grauel,
<br />Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Anderson M:>ved, Brennan Seconded, that the petition for street,
<br />curb and gutter, sanitary sewer and water main on Skillman
<br />Avenue between Fairview and Prior be referred to the engineer for
<br />feasibility report. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Grauel, Anderson
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.
