<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, CotIDcilmen Curley, Grauel
<br />and Anderson. Absent: Cm.n1cilman Brennan.

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of February 12, 1973, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None. Abstentions:
<br />Councilman CUrley as he was absent from the meeting.

<br />Curley MOved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the special
<br />meeting of February 14, 1973, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 5923
<br />regarding application of Julius Loipersbak for sanitary sewer,
<br />watennain, curb and gutter and stonn sewer improvements on
<br />Grandview Avenue west of Cohansey Street be referred to the
<br />Engineer for feasibility report be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Cllrley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the resignation of
<br />Roger W. Carlson fram the Parks and Recreation Board be
<br />accepted and the Village Manager write him a letter thanking
<br />him for his services. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the matter of Twin Trailer
<br />Truck legislation be laid over until the meeting of March 12, 1973.

<br />Transports to extend their special use penn it to May 15, 1973, be

<br />Anderson Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 5924 accept-
<br />ing petition for sanitary sewer, watennain, bittmtinous street,
<br />curb and g\ltter on Dellwood Avenue, south of Josephine Road, and
<br />calling fof feasibility report be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cltrley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request of James Buhl for
<br />vacation of stonn sewer easement, Lot 2, Block 8, St. Anthony Plaza
<br />Plat #2 be referred to the Village Attorney for an opinion. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Change Orders Nos. E-l, G-5,
<br />G-6, G-7 and G-8 on the Maintenance Garage Addition be approved and
<br />the Manager authorized to sign than. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger. Nays: None.
