<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council- July 23, 1973.
<br />
<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, COl.ll1cilmen Curley, Grauel,
<br />Anderson and Brennan.
<br />
<br />Curley MJved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of July 9, 1973, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the award of bid on
<br />Improvements P-73-19, P-73-20 and SS-W-P-73-2l be laid over until
<br />the meeting of August 6, 1973. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel,
<br />Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the application sutmitted
<br />by John L. Drews be approved for an on-sale liquor license at 1744
<br />North Lexington Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson,
<br />Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the Steven Krannak request
<br />for rezoning from SC to B-2, special use permit and variances at
<br />1215 Larpenteur Avenue be approved with the conditions set forth
<br />in the Planning Commission recommendation and that the western
<br />entrance on Larpenteur be located 210 feet east of Femwood Avenue.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Brennan Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request for rezoning
<br />from R-1 to B-2 by Kath Brothers at 2425 North Rice Street be
<br />approved as recommended by the Planning Corranission. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request of Alan Klmpell
<br />for withdrawal of Marvin Wolfenson's request for special use permit
<br />and variance to setback at 1675 County Road B-2 be granted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager be
<br />authorized to sign the Police Contract with the Village of Lauderdale.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 5993 appointing
<br />the Manager as Council representative for the 1974 Collective Bargain 0_
<br />ing with Local 320 and Local 49, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Grauel, Anderson, Brerman and Linebarger. Nays: None,
<br />
<br />Grauel MOved, Brennan Seconded, that the application submitted by
<br />Shafer Contracting Company to remove materials from 646 West County
<br />Road C be referred to the Planning Corranission. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Grauel, Anderson, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.
