<br />Regular Meeting of the Village Council - September 10, 1973.

<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, CmIDcilmen Anderson,
<br />Brennan, Curley and Grauel.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of August 27, 1973, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the request of Victoria
<br />Villas for Condominum Platting at 888-965 West TH 36 be continued
<br />until September 24, 1973. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the council meeting
<br />scheduled for October 8, be held on October 1, due to the
<br />legal holiday. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that payment be made to
<br />Peoples Electric Company on Improvement UL-73-22 in the
<br />amount of $6,999 and under Improvement Ul-73. 23 Ln the amount
<br />of $4,899. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Estimate No.1, Project
<br />P-73-l8 be paid to H & S Asphalt Company in the amount of
<br />$32,691.58. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Brennan Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager
<br />be authorized to sign Temporary Easements on Improvement 73-14
<br />and Improvement 72-15. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan,
<br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 6016
<br />regarding apportionment of assessments be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Anderson, Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Ordinance No. 704 rezoning
<br />property at 1841 Oakcrest Avenue from I-I to B-3 be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan, Curley, Grauel and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Anderson Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Ordinance No. 705
<br />rezoning property from I-I to 1-2 at 2580 Long Lake Road be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Brennan, Curley, Grauel
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Curley Seconded, that a public hearing be set
<br />for October 1, 1973, on James A. Trapp request for rezoning from
<br />I-I to 1-2 at 2211 and 2217 West County Road C-2, Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Anderson, Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.
