<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - May 20, 1974.
<br />
<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, C01.mcilmen Brennen, Curley,
<br />Demos and Hess.
<br />
<br />A-I Brennan Moved, Demos Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of May 13, 1974, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan,
<br />Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Brennan MOved, Demos Seconded, that Victor Larnetti's request
<br />for rezoning from I-I to B-3, special use permit and variance
<br />to height limitation at 2562 North Cleveland Avenue be
<br />approved with the following condition: 1) that a 10 foot
<br />easement be provided on Cleveland Avenue for roadway purposes,
<br />and that the hearing on the final plat be continued until
<br />Jlll1e 10, 1974. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Cemos, Hess and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: Curley.

<br />B-2 Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, that Resolution No. 6110 approving
<br />the plans for Improvement sr-P-73-25 (Fairview Street Improve-
<br />ment) and agreeing to financially participate in the improve-
<br />ment be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos,
<br />Hess and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />E-5 Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, that the request of Roland Fleck
<br />for a six month extension of the special use permit at 2420
<br />County Road D originally approved on December 10, 1973, be
<br />approved and the revised site plan with minor and improved
<br />alterations be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley,
<br />Demos, Hess and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />G-l Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the request of Mr. Filister
<br />for a temporary roof sign at Rosedale Estates, 2755 North Rice
<br />Street, be approved for a period of one year. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Brennan, Curley, Hess and Linebarger. Nays: Demos.

<br />E-l Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, that Resolution No. 6108 approv-
<br />ing State Highway Plans for 35W Noise Abatement Program be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-2 Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, that payment be authorized for
<br />Labor Relations Subscription services for the period March 15,
<br />1974 thru March 15, 1975 in the amount of $2,250. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />
<br />E-3 Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the bills be paid
<br />including the B & E Patrol bill which was held over from
<br />the last meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos,
<br />Hess and Linebarger. Nays: None.
