<br />C> 1 Brennan Moved, Demos Seconded, that a councIl work session
<br />be established for Monday, August 5, 1974, at 7:00 P-M. In the
<br />CIty Hall Council Chambers for the purpose of discussIng matters
<br />relatmg to Public Works, PublIc Facilities and Personnel
<br />Pol1cies c Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Hess, Brennan and LinebargeL
<br />Nays: None,

<br />C 2 Hess Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the resignatIon of Robert Pope
<br />from the Planning CommiSSIon be accepted and that the Manager be
<br />Instructed to write a letter of appreciation to Mr. Pope for hIS
<br />past service to the CIty of Roseville, Roll Call, Ayes: Demos,
<br />Hess, Brennan and Linebarger, Nays: None.

<br />Brennan Moved, Hess Seconded, that applications to Ell the
<br />unexpired term on the Planning Commission be accepted through
<br />September 3, 1974, and that the appointment be made at the
<br />September 9, 1974, meeting and further that a Planmng COITnmssion
<br />Chairman be appointed at the August 26, 1974 meeting. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Demos, Hess, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />approval of preliminary plat "Tschida Owasso Hills Plat #3" at
<br />350 South Owasso Boulevard be continued until the meeting of
<br />August 26, 1974, Roll Call, l\yes: Demos, Hess, Brennan and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None,

<br />E 2 Hess Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the Public Works DnectOI
<br />be authorized to permit the fIllIng of Lots 15 and 16, Block 1,
<br />Rosewood Addition and to grant building penuits thereon, upon
<br />complying with normal requirements and the condltions as
<br />provided in the Rice Creek Watershed District approval, Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Demos, Hess, Brennan and Linebar geT. Nays: None,
<br />
<br />E..3 Hess Moved, Demos Seconded, that the Manager and the Publ1c
<br />Works Director be authorized to sign Change Order No" 4 on
<br />Projects 73-19, 73-20 and 73-21 ln the amount of $1,401.00,
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Hess, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays:

<br />E.4 Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, that the City cancel any preliious
<br />agreement between the City of Roseville and Bergstedt, Wahlberg,
<br />Bergquist, Rohkohl for any architectural services between the
<br />City of Roseville and Bergstedt, Wahlberg, Bergquist, Rohkohl,
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Hess, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays:
