<br />of July 29, 1974, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes~
<br />Demos and Linebarger. Nays: None, Abstentions:
<br />he was absent from the meeting.

<br />B-l Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the request of Arnold
<br />Peterson for final plat "Peterson Park Addition" at 1973 North
<br />Lexington Avenue be approved and the Mayor and Manager author-
<br />ized to sign the plat. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan, CUIley~
<br />Demos and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />B-4 Demos Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request of Ban Con, Ine
<br />for final plat approval of "Hillsborough Residential", vacation
<br />of right-of-way and rezoning from R-6 to R-1 at about the 300
<br />Block of Grandview Avenue be continued until the meetIng of
<br />August 26, 1974. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley, Demos
<br />and Linebarger, Nays: None,

<br />Ban~Con was requested to prepare a response to MI. Brthna{l S
<br />interest in having a black-topped bike trail constructed by Ban Con.

<br />C-1 Brennan Moved, Hess Seconded, that a Council Work SeSSlon be held
<br />on August 15, 1974, at 7:00 P.M, (Thursday) at the CUy Hall fOl
<br />the purpose of discussing policy matters relating to the 1975
<br />BudgeL Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley, Demos and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />D.1 Curley Moved, Hess Seconded, that Resolution No. 6133 accepting
<br />peti tion and calling for a feasibility study on utili bes and
<br />street improvements on Farrington Street from South Owasso Boulevard
<br />to Millwood, Millwood Avenue from Farrington Street. to Western
<br />Avenue be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Hess, Brennan, Curley, Demos
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.
