<br />Regular Meeting of the City CouncIl - March 17, 1975.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Demos, Hess,
<br />Brennan and Curley.
<br />
<br />A-I Brennan Moved, Demos Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of March 10, 1975, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Hess,
<br />Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the Mayor proclaim the
<br />month of April as hockey month throughout the City of Roseville
<br />honoring the National Bantam Hockey Tournament to be held at the
<br />Roseville Ice Arena April 4, 5, and 6. Roll Call, Ayes: Demos,
<br />Hess, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger, Nays: None,
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Demos Seconded, that Resolution No. 6235
<br />opposing "Ban the Can" legislation be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Demos, Hess, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the final plat "James
<br />Lund Estates" at about 3009 Troseth Road be approved, and the
<br />Mayor and Manager authorized to sign same. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Demos, Hess, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />C-I Brennan Moved, Hess Seconded, that a council work session be
<br />held on March 31, at 6;00 P,M. at the City Hall for the purpose
<br />of discussing matters relating to Public Works and Planning,
<br />and that a notice of the agenda be posted on the City Hall
<br />bulletin board on the Friday preceding the meeting. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Demos, Hess, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />E-l Hess Moved, Demos Seconded, that Payment No, 10 and final to
<br />C. S. McCrossan, Inc. in the amount of $500 on Combined
<br />Improvements of 1972, Series IV, Project B, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Demos, Hess, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None,

<br />E-2 Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Resolution No, 6236
<br />approving plans and specifications and ordering advertise-
<br />ment for bids on Improvement No. SS-W-P-74-17 be adopted,
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Hess, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger.
<br />Nays~ None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Resolution No, 6236-.A
<br />approving plans and specifications and ordering advertisement
<br />for bids on Improvement No, SS-W-P-74-27 be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Demos, Hess, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger.
<br />Nays: None.
