<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - February 23, 1976,

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Acting Mayor Curley, Councilmen Grauel,
<br />Hess and Anderson. Absent: Mayor Demos.
<br />
<br />A-I Hess Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of February 9, 1976 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Hess, Anderson and Curley. Nays: None,
<br />
<br />Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that the Council join with the
<br />Acting Mayor in declaring Sunday, February 29, 1976, as
<br />"The Many Faces of Women" Day in Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Curley. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B.I Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that the request of Ray Kroiss
<br />for final plat approval "White Oak Hills No. 2" at about
<br />3030 North Cleveland Avenue be continued until the meeting of
<br />March 8, 1976. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson and
<br />Curley. Nays: None.

<br />B.2 Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that the request of Ken Reinhardt
<br />for final plat approval "Ken Reinhardt Addition No.3" at about
<br />9 0 7 Sherren be cont inued un t i1 the meet ing of March 8, 1976.

<br />B- 3 Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that Ban-Con, Inc. request for
<br />rezoning from R-6 and B-1 to R-l and B-2 and final plat
<br />"Hillsborough No.4" at 2293 North Rice Street be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Curley. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />B-4 Hess MJved, Anderson Seconded, that the request of James Sweeney
<br />for final plat approval "Sweeney Southview Heights" at the 1700
<br />Block of Alameda be continued until the meeting of Harch 29,
<br />1976, Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Curley. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />
<br />C 1 Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that Kenneth Simons, 2966 North
<br />Simpson, be appointed to the Planning Commission to fill the
<br />unexpired term which expires on March 31, 1977. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Curley. Nays: None,
<br />
<br />Hess Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Bob LaShomb, 2587 North
<br />Rice Street, be appointed to the Human Rights Commission to
<br />fill an unexpired term which expires on March 31, 1977. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Curley. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Hess Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Don Merkel, 2869 North Victoria
<br />Street, be appointed to the Recreation Committee for a full term
<br />which expires on March 31, 1979. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess,
<br />Anderson and Curley, Nays: None.
