<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Nayor Demos, Councilmen Grauel, liess and Anderson. t1embers
<br />absent: Councilman Curley.
<br />
<br />A-I Grauel t10ved, Hess Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of
<br />.'1arch 8, 1976, be approved with the following amendment: Page 2,
<br />section 12, should read IIThat the owner shall post a performance
<br />bond at the beginning of each of the phases in the amount of Ii
<br />times the estimated costs of the development of grading, surfacing,
<br />storm \"ater management, utilities, berming, lighting, ?_r1_d_~c_C~~_rl~'"

<br />C-2 Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that a Council work session be estab-
<br />lished on ItJednesday, March 24, 1976, beginning at 6:00 p.m. for the
<br />purpose of conducting a preliminary review of capital improvement
<br />needs. Roll Call, Ayes; Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />E-1 Hess Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Dr. Clifford Woodis request for
<br />building permit in accordance with the Lakeshore Zoning Ordinance
<br />at 311 South Owasso Boulevard be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Hess, Anderson and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-2 Anderson Moved, Hess Seconded, that the bid for the purchase of one
<br />new 1976 Police package model 4-door station wagon in the amount of
<br />$4,995.00 be awarded to Central Chrysler Plymouth, Inc., and the
<br />bid for the purchase of one new 1976 carry-all or suburban type van
<br />designed for Police emergency ambulance service in the amount of
<br />$6,328.16 be awarded to Rosedale Chevrolet. Roll eal I, Ayes:
<br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Demos. Nays: none.
